Return Policy

Vita Day Products offers a 100% refund of the unused portion of the product, less shipping and handling, up to 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Please include your original invoice (if available) and your name, address, telephone number, reason for return, and date of purchase in the return. Also, please indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement for your item.

All returns that have a value of $250 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Once we receive your package receipt, please allow up to 20 days for us to refund your account or credit card.

If your return was received as a gift it can only be returned for a replacement of the same product or another one of an equal value. Upon receipt of your package, we will submit your refund for processing to the same method of payment used for the purchase, less any shipping costs.
